Mindriot EP Cover (Part 1)

The EP cover for the first (and only) release by MINDRIOT, called the DRY WATER EP, was done during and after the recording sessions, which took place in late July and early August 2010 at the Mischwaldstudio in Bad Goisern, Austria.

The idea was to take that orginal logo and put it infront of an old engine blueprint. The font is rather minimalistic, and fits the artwork more than the one from the bandlogo.

The back cover featured a very cool water texture, hand-written track titles and a coloured image of the band members. (Me, Lukas Schmoigl, Sebastian Mir)

The EP was finally released in early 2011.
